Sourdough Classes
Sourdough Intro Class is great for true beginners and seasoned bakers just looking to expand their knowledge and experience. In this class you will get the basics from keeping a starter alive, mixing and strengthening the dough, shaping, and baking. You will go home with a loaf to bake yourself and many tools in your bakers belt to dive head fist into sourdough bread!
